The Board of Directors of the St. Anthony Association of North Carolina is comprised of 9 non-officer directors and 2 officer positions held on an ex-officio basis.

Membership in the Association is open to members of the Xi Chapter of the Fraternity of Delta Psi and any other such members of the Fraternity as as may be elected by a majority of the membership.

A new set of by-laws was recently voted on, updating and streamlining much of the functional business of the Association.
